The President of Glenbrook-Panther's Women's Bowling Club, Pat Debnam donated to Gwen McMaster-Fay, President, Nepean Medical Research Foundation, University of Sydney, Nepean Clinical School a cheque for $2,000.00. Gwen expressed her thanks to the ladies their achievement for raising the funds to donate again this year to the Foundation. Dr Brigitte Nanan spoke about Research being undertaken at Nepean Hospital on this subject "Pre-eclampsia", which is a common disease in pregnant women. From this event the money raised will go towards research in Paediatrics at Nepean Hospital.
